ABOUT ME
Empathetic Human, Storyteller,
UX Designer.
My Journey Into UX
I remember being five when my father purchased our first family desktop, a Windows 98, this was my first interaction with “advanced” technology as a child. I was mesmerized by the mechanisms of the machine. At this time, I would make my very first “when I grow up” declaration letting my mother know I wanted to "make computers work." Thus began my love affair with technology. Later in life, I was introduced to my first Web Design class in high school. I fell in love with HTML and CSS and continued to study the art of Web design.
When I finally discovered UX design, I felt that I found the perfect combination of creativity, technical thinking, and, most importantly, human interaction. Now as a designer, I’m passionate about inclusion, solving complex problems, and helping others when I can. I strive to continually grow and learn more about my field and create beautiful, functional designs that make sense.
Side Projects
In my free time I like to go around the city taking photographs with my Asahi Pentax K1000. Below you’ll find a small project I worked on throughout Manhattan and The Bronx.
